When you entrust garments to our care, you enter into a service agreement with craftgiftart. We will provide written estimates and timelines before beginning work. Changes to agreed services require mutual consent. Payment is due upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Prices are provided as estimates and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered during the alteration process. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with work that increases the quoted price. Payment is required upon completion of services. Unclaimed garments after 90 days may be donated or disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
We stand behind our work and offer reasonable adjustments if the completed alteration does not match the agreed specifications. Requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days of pickup. Changes to original specifications may incur additional charges.
